In-Person and Online Worship
You are invited to worship at 9 am or 11 am (JUly 5 to Labor Day there is one worship at 10 am)
All worship services at Chapel Hill are founded on our desire to praise our living and loving God, centered through our progressive Wesleyan lens.
Our 9 am service, “The Gathering,” is rooted in our Anglican heritage and follows a traditional liturgy with The Lord’s Prayer, a Confession & Pardon, and Call to Worship. The music at this service is led by the Chancel Choir or a music leader.
Our 11 am service, “The Journey,” is a contemporary worship, less formal with hands-on experiential worship. The music is led by a Worship leader.

Five weeks Exploring our own Hearts learning how to Love One Another
The scene is set. Jesus gathers at the Table with his disciples to break bread and break the news that this is their Last Supper together. Alarming fear, bitter betrayal, and tension-laden uncertainty fill the room. In the midst of this unsettling moment, the Gospel of John records Jesus’ “famous last words.” Central among these was the commandment to love one another. How do we survive, or even thrive, in times like these? The answer? We put love into action, replacing “othering” with “neighboring.”
