Sunday Services

In-Person and Online Worship

Every Sunday at 10 AM

All worship services at Chapel Hill are founded on our desire to praise our living and loving God, centered through our progressive Wesleyan lens.

From May 26 – September 1, we are on a summer worship schedule, with one Sunday service at 10 am. This service will alternate between “The Gathering” and “The Journey” worship formats.

“The Gathering” is rooted in our Anglican heritage and follows a more formal liturgy (The Lord’s Prayer, Confession & Pardon, Call to Worship, etc.) and is led by piano or organ and a choir or soloist.

“The Journey” follows more of an emergent church format, with teaching, less formal liturgy, hands-on experiential worship, and the music is led by a band.

Worship services are livestreamed each week. CLICK HERE to watch online.

Our Series for Pentecost:

“Wild, Weird, Wonderful Wishes”

May 19 – July 7

This series will be Pastor Barry’s last messages at Chapel Hill, and will help us introduce our new pastor, Rev. Dr. April Gutierrez. Our guiding question during this time of transition is, “What does it mean to be called to and for ministry, as individuals and as the church?”
