Funerals

Pastors, staff and congregation of Portage Chapel Hill are here to assist you when someone you love has died.  If you would like to have pastoral support in your grief, or guidance in planning a funeral, your first call is to the church office at (269) 327-6643.  The Office Manager will put you in touch with a pastor to assist you in clarifying what you need and how the church can be helpful in meeting those needs. 

If a funeral is being planned and you would like to have it at the church, one of the pastors will be the officiant.  While there is no financial cost for the sanctuary space, there are other costs associated with a service at the church.  A funeral planning brochure can be emailed to you upon request.
